These Terms shall be interpreted and governed by the laws of North Carolina, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Charlotte, North Carolina.

Before pursuing formal legal action, parties agree to attempt resolution through good faith negotiation for a period of 30 days.

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect.
